Irwin Zone’s $250 Referral Program... Over $4,000 a month given away!
Earn $250 for every new Irwin Zone customer that you refer and buys from our Sales Department. We want you to refer not just your local family and friends to our dealership but your family and friends from all over New England. We know that anyone can go anywhere to buy their next new Toyota, Ford, or used vehicle. That’s why in conjunction with providing a great buying experience we hope our $250 Referral Program will entice you to recommend your family and friends from everywhere to our dealership!
Think about it. Just one referral per month for $250 may equal your car payment. Two referrals per month could easily help with your mortgage. This is just one way we’re trying to help people out during these difficult economic times and help our dealership grow.
The rules of our referral program are as follows and will be strictly adhered to. We want the program to benefit our customers/employees and our store to ultimately grow. Due to the amount of potential money for referrals the rules must strictly be enforced. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If you’re unclear about any of the guidelines please contact either Al Faro (GSM), Betty Ballantyne (Used Car Manager) or Steve Bellows (Sales Manager) in advance to eliminate any confusion.
1. Referrals must be new customers to the Irwin Zone Sales Department. If a customer is in our Data Management System (ADP) and has bought a vehicle from us at any time in the past a referral isn't eligible. ONLY NEW CUSTOMERS TO THE IRWINZONE SALES DEPARTMENT.
2. Referrals must be known, upfront, at the time of the transaction. There is no protesting a referral from, for example, “2 weeks ago.” The bottom line is it must be known up front. As you may imagine, if this parameter wasn’t followed the program could be abused. This is outlined in more detail below. Again, if you should have any questions please contact one of the Sales Manager’s listed above in advance.
3. Once we make a deal and deliver the car a $250 referral check will be sent. Keep in mind that not all referrals will buy/be able to buy a vehicle for various reasons—credit, unable to come to terms, etc. All referral checks will be sent out on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday then all referral checks will be mail the following eligible business day.
4. The individual referred must notify their salesman or manager before negotiation.
5. The individual being referred must take delivery within 60 days of being referred.
6. A previous customer cannot co-sign for a new customer and receive a referral.
***Prospect/potential referral information must be filled in below prior to the prospect/referral coming into the
store with the address of the person receiving the referral check (Name, Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code). This is so
we have a record of all referrals and in an effort to eliminate any and all confusion as to who is a referral. If you don’t have or
use e-mail we ask that you ask a friend of family to submit your information on your behalf.
***If a new customer buys multiple vehicles from us the individual who refers them receives one referral check
The Irwin Zone’s $250 referral program is that simple. No Gimmicks! Thank you for your understanding/adherence to

***If, for example, multiple family members are buying multiple cars, one referral will be given.
***If you're referring someone and you're physically at the store please see a sales consultant or manager and use their
computer to send a referral into the email account so the referral is in the email account prior to negotiations.
***You can't refer yourself.
***The individual referred must notify their salesperson or manager before negotiation.
***The individual referred must take delivery within 60 days of being referred.
***A previous customer can't co-sign for a customer and receive a referral.
