Lincoln just unveiled the Continental Concept car to an enthusiastic critical reception in New York this weekend. Mark Fields, President and CEO of Ford Motor Company, said that the Continental "signals the future of what we call quiet luxury." Having replaced the split-wing grille with a centerpiece reminiscent of a Bentley, the Continental exudes an air of quiet good taste and an appreciation of quality. The rear of the car features a wide stance for a smooth, confident ride (the Continental is rumored to by rear-wheel drive) and "light through chrome technology" lamps which appear chrome when not illuminated. But it is the interior of this luxury sedan that really shines.
